The purpose of this site is to introduce myself, philosophies, and goals to the Valders Area School District and community.  On my home page you will find out information about myself and my contact information.  The other pages will be my grading policies, classroom rules and procedures, and different fun links.

I recently graduated from the University of Wisconsin Oshkosh in the summer of 2007 with a bachelors degree in Physical Education and a minor in Health Education.  I am certified to teach PK-12 in both content areas.  I am currently perusing my masters degree in Educational Technology through Marian University in Appleton.  My hobbies include coaching, weight lifting, recreational sports, geocaching, and of course badminton!

My philosophy of education is to enhance our students cognitive, affective and psychomotor domains through a positive Physical Education experience.  It is important that students understand the importance of lifetime physical activity and personal health/wellness through various types of meaningful and creative instruction.
